"Randomly walked into this restaurant, it was quite crowded during dinner time. Didn’t expect that the noodles was so delicious and worth the wait. We ordered the combo noodles and dry style noodles. The combo noodles the soup was so flavourful. The ingredients were well braised especially the radish and pig’s intestines. The radish was very soft and juicy. The pig’s intestines were tender and no smell. The spicy sauce was very spicy, and the spiciness will overtake the flavour. I would recommend either no spicy or mild spicy. The dry style noodles was quite bland, so I’ll recommend the soup noodles. The price was reasonable and top up for a drink at a cheaper price if you ordered noodles. The ambience was clean and there’s no toilet in the shop. For cashless payment may order from the kiosk. The staff were friendly."

"This place is known for there handmade cart noodles. My cousin talked about this place once and I got to go try it out this time. I ordered from their menu where you can choose what toppings you want. It starts with 38HKD/~$4.50USD and it comes with 2 toppings in their 9HKD/~1USD tier. If you want more toppings then you just add the price to the 38HKD. I notice it’s very common to see this on a menu here in HK."

"Came here for the local Hong Kong Style “Cart Noodle”, the store usually gets pretty busy and always packed. First, order at the front, choose your noodle, select your own toppings and spicy level, then pick up the food at the counter! Cart Noodle w/4 toppings (HK$49) I picked the oil noodle with four of their classic “cart noodle” ingredients: pig intestines, pig blood cubes, squid and pig skins. The oil noodle had the perfect thickness and chew, all the ingredients soaked up with the flavourful soup. I really like the spicy sauce that gave the right amount of kick and enriched the taste. Hot Lemon Water (+HK$12) Order any noodle, just add $12 for this drink."
